Tulip CSA FAQ
What is the Tulip CSA?
Our Tulip CSA provides four consecutive weeks of fresh, seasonal tulip bouquets from our flower farm. Each bouquet includes 15 stems of locally grown tulips, carefully handpicked and wrapped by our farm family.
How does the membership work?
When you sign up, you’ll pick up one bouquet per week for four consecutive weeks during our early spring season. Tulips are selected based on what is blooming at peak freshness.
Can I choose my tulip colors?
We cannot guarantee specific colors due to seasonal availability. Each bouquet will feature a beautiful mix of the freshest blooms available that week.
When does the Tulip CSA start?
Tulip CSA pickups begin in early spring. Your exact start date and pickup schedule will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Where do I pick up my tulips?
All pickups are at:
La Bella Vito Farm, 4938 Jessie Lane, Loomis, CA
Specific pickup days and times will be shared after purchase.
Do you offer delivery?
No. Tulips are pickup only to ensure maximum freshness and quality.
Can I gift a Tulip CSA?
Yes. After purchase, email us the recipient’s name and contact information, and we will provide them with pickup details.
Can I skip or cancel my membership?
If you cannot make a pickup, you may have a friend or family member pick up your bouquet. There are no refunds once purchased, as tulips are planted and reserved months in advance.
How long do tulips last?
Fresh-cut tulips typically last 7–10 days with proper care. Trim stems at an angle and refresh water every 2–3 days.
Are tulips available year-round?
No. Tulips are grown once per year and only available for a short early spring window. Once they’re gone, they won’t return until next season.
