- Sleeps 4: one queen bed in the main room plus a second queen in the loft (note: the loft has low headroom — best for kids or flexible sleepers)

Rates — book direct, no Airbnb fees
- Friday & Saturday nights: $230/night
- Sunday–Thursday nights: $184/night

- 2-night minimum on Friday/Saturday; 1-night minimum Sunday–Thursday
